Dollar bookings and billing do not close a peso drawer.

Booksy bills in dollars, a seat per technician, Boost if you want visibility. Salon Control OS bills in pesos, via SPEI or OXXO, and closes the day’s drawer — commission, tip, and cash balanced, not just the appointment booked.

Fresha and Booksy prices in USD, mid-2026 snapshot. Both changed pricing models in 2025–2026; check their pricing page before you decide.

We charge in pesos. Booksy does not.

We charge via SPEI or OXXO, with no dollar conversion and no foreign card terminal. Aurelia is in every plan — real WhatsApp, no per-message fee. Booksy bills in USD, with no native SPEI or OXXO, and WhatsApp is not the core of the product.

Cash close, commission, and reconciliation are the product — not an extra.

Append-only ledger: every total opens down to the event that produced it. At Booksy, client booking is the center. There is no till close with expected vs. counted as the core of the product.

How Booksy charges (2026 snapshot)

$29.99/mo for the first user, +$20/mo per extra technician — a 5-person team runs about $110/mo before add-ons. One feature tier: every seat is billed even if they work half a shift. Boost, if you turn it on, takes ~30% of a new marketplace client’s first booking. Card processing ~2.49–2.69% plus a transaction fee. Check their page before you decide — Booksy’s prices have moved more than once this year.

Booksy has its place — just not this one.

If the bottleneck is client booking and a marketplace, and per-seat USD billing is fine, Booksy built that well for that market. That is not Booksy being worse — it solves a different problem than a peso drawer that has to balance every day. If you are already there, you can keep taking appointments as you do today and import up to six months of history so you are not starting from zero.
