The calendar holds color from 10:00 to 13:00 and a cut at 13:30 in the next column. You see real gaps, not a calendar lying with 15-minute slots nobody uses.
Different commission per service, visible to the team
Color does not pay like a blowout. Each stylist sees what they did and estimated commission. Payday stops being a negotiation with screenshots.
Tips that do not vanish into the chair
The tip is captured at checkout, not “later in the group chat.” It lives on the ledger with the appointment.

If you still take clients, you still need a close that does not depend on your memory. Expected vs counted. You go home with the number, not the doubt.
