Mexico
The best salon software in Mexico is the one that closes the drawer.
“Best” is not the longest feature list. It is the system an owner in Guadalajara, Mexico City, or Monterrey can use to end the day knowing cash balances, commission is not a fight, and WhatsApp is not the database.
What software in Mexico has to do (and many tools never do)
Real cash, not a footnote. Tips attributed to the technician. Commission visible the same day. SPEI and OXXO to pay for the product. WhatsApp as a channel, not as the calendar. A till close with expected vs counted. If the product was designed for a franchise in another country, those pieces arrive late or never.
A column per technician, not a generic calendar
The Mexican floor is read in columns: Ana, Luis, Meli. Gel X at 10, pedicure at 11. If the software makes you think in “resources” instead of people, the desk will not use it.
Checkout tied to the appointment
The ticket comes from the appointment, not a calculator. Payment method, tip, and commission are recorded together. That is what later feeds the close and payroll — one ledger, not three spreadsheets.
A close in minutes, not in faith
You count the cash. The system already knows what should be there. The variance is a number, not an argument. History cannot be “fixed” in silence.
How to evaluate (short list)
1) Can I import my Excel? 2) Can the team see commission without asking me? 3) Does close show expected vs counted? 4) Is WhatsApp included or per-message? 5) Do I get a human reply in Spanish the same day? Five yeses means the right product. At Salon Control OS those five are the product, not an upsell.
A trial without theater
14 full days, no credit card. 30-minute training and up to six months of import. The goal is to close your first day in under 48 hours. If it is not right for your salon, you are not locked into an annual contract by default: month to month or annual, your call.
